聚丙交酯是一種(zhǒng)新型的生物降解材料,使用可再生的植物資源(如玉米)所提出的澱粉原料制成(chéng)。澱粉原料經(jīng)由糖化得到葡萄糖,再由葡萄糖及一定的菌種(zhǒng)發(fā)酵制成(chéng)高純度的乳酸,再通過(guò)化學(xué)合成(chéng)方法合成(chéng)一定分子量的聚乳酸。其具有良好(hǎo)的生物可降解性,使用後(hòu)能(néng)被(bèi)自然界中微生物完全降解,最終生成(chéng)二氧化碳和水,不污染環境,這(zhè)對(duì)保護環境非常有利,是公認的環境友好(hǎo)材料。普通塑料的處理方法依然是焚燒火化,造成(chéng)大量溫室氣體排入空氣中,而聚乳酸塑料則是掩埋在土壤裡(lǐ)降解,産生的二氧化碳直接進(jìn)入土壤有機質或被(bèi)植物吸收,不會(huì)排入空氣中,不會(huì)造成(chéng)溫室效應。

After use, it can be completely degraded by microorganisms in nature, and finally produce carbon dioxide and water, which does not pollute the environment, which is very beneficial to environmental protection. It is recognized as an environment-friendly material. The treatment method of ordinary plastics is still incineration and cremation, resulting in a large number of greenhouse gases discharged into the air, while polylactic acid plastics are buried in the soil for degradation, and the generated carbon dioxide directly enters the soil organic matter or is absorbed by plants, which will not be discharged into the air and will not cause the greenhouse effect.
